cate when circumstances offer and no resentment should be felt by the

The working hours of licensed warehouses are according to

the ordinance from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. but they are allowed to work

after 6 p.m. on payment of a fee of twenty cents an hour and this

fee is divided among the searchers as overtime. Licensed warehouses

should conform to the ordinance and be locked at 6 p.m. If a

licensee wishes to work after 6 p.m. a heavy fee should be charged

so as not to encourage working after time and practically under no

control.
